There might be added fees for orders outside the country of production and or designated shipping area, normally where VAT is not included in checkout. Unfortunately these added regulatory fees can not be accurately determined by this company as they’re determined by law. If you want more prediction on added fees, please contact your local government departments responsible for import purchases. -
Proportions, colors and sizes on the website will not always look exactly similar to the actual product. This is normal, as a screen is backlit and print is not, and they have different color profiles. The resolution of the website images are intentionally compromised in order to increase loading speed, and reduce unsolicited use. The actual product will be processed with accurate and similar sizes as informed, with optimized resolution and color reproduction similar to what you’ll find in the professional art and design industry. Context renders are a close estimation.

Website products have a watermark due to prevention of unsolicited use. This large marking will not be present on the actual product. But a small imprint will be added, similar to what is shown throughout the website.

Defect:
If customer receives a defect product, they'll get a replacement shipped to them as soon as the return is received at the company. In some cases the company can accept documented destruction of the product instead of a return, but not until this is specified to customer directly. Document the defects and notify the company with a photo and video with time stamp, within 48 hours of receiving the product. If it's damaged packaging, document this before unpacking the product.Change of mind:
If customer changes their mind and prefer another similar product, just reach out. The customer has to pay for the return shipment and the shipment with the new product. The returned product has to be in it’s original state without any defects in order to receive a replacement. Customer can try a digital preview on all motifs before the purchase, in order to reduce this problem.Refund:
If the customer is not happy with the product and prefers a refund, and the product is without defects, then just get in touch. Customers have to cover the return shipment. The product has to be in it’s original state without any defects in order to receive a refund. The product is normally produced upon request, which means a refund is limited to up to 80% of the cost. Currency variations may in some cases affect refunds to a degree. Shipment cost will be deducted from the calculation of refund.Around 10% deviation can occur on variations in color and contrast from screen to print, and does not make grounds for a refund or replacement, as this is normal in the print industry. Additional expenses are not covered in a refund unless this is specified.

Products are imprinted with the brand name and might vary in terms of placement, color and style depending on the product, size, background color etc.

Most products normally have a limited amount of productions within specific periods, and not numbered with a final limitation unless other is specified. Which means that if the product becomes sold out during a certain period, it will become available again after a certain period with a new periodic limitation. In some occasions some products may be replaced or removed without further notice.
