SHIPPING AREA

Products are mainly shipped to customers in Norway as of now. Please get in touch if you’d be interested in ordering from other countries.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs are specified in checkout. For returns, the client pays and arranges shipping.

Added COST

There might be added costs like import fees for orders outside the country of production. Unfortunately these added regulatory fees can not be accurately determined by this company.

If you want more prediction on added fees, please contact your local government departments responsible for import purchases.

PRoduct RENDERING

Please note that the products you see on the website will not look exactly similar to the actual print. This is normal and based on the fact that a screen is backlit and a print is not, and that these have different color profiles. Proportions and sizes related to product context might not always show 100% similarity to the actual product, because file proportions and context render measurements varies, and the original proportion for a photography can vary from an original proportion of a design file etc. But the finished product are all in accurate sizes as shown in checkout. The render on this site is a close estimation to reality. The resolution of the files on the website are somewhat intentionally compromised in order to increase loading speed, and also to reduce unsolicited use. The actual product will be exported for print in a higher and optimized resolution similar to what you’ll find in the professional art and design industry.

Watermark

Files are marked with a watermark on the website due to the prevention of unsolicited use. This large marking will not be present on the actual product. But a small imprint will be part of the product as shown throughout the website.

DELIVERY DURATION

The product is shipped to you normally within one week after your order is registered. Shipping time varies based on your location, circumstances, quantity and the type of order. We will always do our best so you’ll receive the product as fast as possible.

PRODUCT PAYMENT

The full payment needs to be made and registered in the account of the company before any order is processed, after which orders will be dispatched.

RETURN POLICY

The products are normally produced upon request, so If you should cancel your purchase after it’s produced and or delivered, the refund is normally limited up to 80% of payment for the product. Shipping payment will be deducted from the calculation of refund. Which means up to 80% refund minus shipping cost. Return inquiries will be processed as soon as possible, normally in around 15 days.

If the product was not as expected, a replacement can be arranged with same product (another product can be considered) if approved by the company, and only valid if the product is unused, in its original state, has no abnormal defects and without any damages when company receives the return, other than what is documented as defects when you received the product if that were to be the case. Some variations in color and contrast from screen to print does not make ground for a refund or replacement, as this is normal in the print industry. Normally around 10% deviation.

However, if damages occurs during production or shipping please get in touch and your issue will be looked into. If claim is accepted, defects are properly documented within 48 hours, and notified the company within 72 hours upon receiving the product, you’ll be considered granted a replacement of the same product without extra charge. If damages on shipping should occur, document this before unpacking the product. You can be assured that this will be looked into as soon as possible. Shipping costs (and other additional potential expenses) are not covered in refunds or replacements, unless you receive a defect product that falls under the regulation of a replacement, where the shipping company approves refund for their damages (if this should be the case), and claim is approved by the company.

PRoduct ownership

The client will own a copy of the content, which can only be used in its context as it is meant for. Client can not use, manipulate, distribute, reproduce or copy in any format, any of the company’s content and products, with the exception of showing the product in its intentional context for personal and informational use. But not allowed for commercial use, nor showing / using the motif isolated (only showing motif without context). The intellectual property of the product and content remains ownership by the company.

PRoduct AUTHENTICATION

Products are imprinted with the brand name and might vary a little in terms of placement, color and style depending on the product, size, background color etc. The imprints seen on this website are an estimated preview.

PRODUCTION LIMITATION

Most products normally have a limited amount of productions within specific periods, not numbered with a final limitation unless other is clearly specified. Which means that if the product becomes sold out during a certain period, it will become available again after a certain period with new stock. In some occasions some products may be replaced or removed without further notice.

USER DATA

We do not share your personal information with any 3rd parties, except with those businesses included to produce and process the orders and delivery, which are necessary to deliver products and to maintain service relevance. Sometimes clients are notified of related news. Of course you can always opt out for future communications.

LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

The company is not responsible for any liability, loss, personal injury, damage or expense that the customer may suffer after the transaction. Company attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, company does not warrant that product descriptions and website content is always free of errors, complete or current.

UNEXPECTED EVENTS

Company is not responsible for covering losses related to unexpected events (force majeure) that is outside the control of the company, such as unforeseeable and unavoidable catastrophes that interrupt the expected course of delivery and prevent the company from fulfilling obligations. Things like, but not limited to, natural disasters, such as hurricanes, tornadoes, and earthquakes, as well as human actions and conflicts, such as armed conflict, man-made diseases, pandemics and government lockdowns etc.

DISPUTE CLAUSE

Any dispute relating to any activity with the company or this website, or the purchase of any products from this company, shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in the country and city that the company is located, unless you have in some way threatened or violated the company’s intellectual property rights, whereby the company may seek an injunctive.
